In my previous post, I told you about my sugar free diet. I have recently discovered this recipe that is really really tasty. Unfortunately my dietist is convinced berries are not good for diabetes. That is why I can only eat a handful. Also the pancakes are made of oatmeal, banana & egg. I am restricted to eating 1 banana a day which means after this breakfast I am already at my max. So basically I cannot eat this too often but it is very, very good and if you are not suffering from diabetes: go ahead and indulge!
